Terms of Service

By registering or using Thiscita (thiscita.com), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the service.

By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have authorization from your legal representative.

Thiscita is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that allows local businesses to create an online booking page and manage their appointments.

The service includes:

• •A custom branded public booking page.
• •An admin dashboard to manage appointments, services, and schedules.
• •Optional Google Calendar integration.
• •Notifications and confirmations via WhatsApp.

Thiscita acts solely as a software provider. We are not a party to transactions between businesses and their customers, nor are we responsible for the services those businesses provide.

To use Thiscita as a business, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• •Keeping your password confidential.
• •All activity that occurs under your account.
• •Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• •Providing accurate information and keeping it up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, contain false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.

By using Thiscita, you agree to:

• •Use the service solely to schedule and manage legitimate appointments.
• •Not publish illegal, offensive, or third-party rights-infringing content.
• •Not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• •Not use the service to send spam or unsolicited mass communications.
• •Not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
• •Not overload or interfere with the platform's operation.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without a refund.

Thiscita operates on a monthly subscription model. Current pricing is displayed on the main website.

• •Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
• •Payments are processed by secure providers. We do not store card data.
• •Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice by email.
• •Thiscita does not charge commissions on bookings or the services you offer.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the admin dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• •You retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period.
• •No pro-rated refunds are issued for unused time.
• •Your data is kept for 30 additional days for export, then permanently deleted.

If Thiscita discontinues the service, it will provide 30 days' notice and refund any unused portion of the current billing period.

We strive to keep Thiscita available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Outages may occur due to maintenance, updates, or causes beyond our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions when acting in good faith.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thiscita shall not be liable for:

• •Loss of revenue or data resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
• •Conduct between businesses and their customers.
• •Damages caused by third-party integrations (Google Calendar, WhatsApp).
• •Unauthorized access caused by the user's negligence in handling credentials.

Thiscita's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 3 months.

Thiscita and its logos, design, code, and content are the property of Thiscita and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content you upload (logo, description, etc.). By uploading it, you grant us a limited license to display it within the context of the service.

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance of material changes. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal or state courts located in Boston, Massachusetts, following a good-faith negotiation period of at least 30 days.
